Reviews:
I absolutely love these cube organizers. I've tried the one from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, the one from Walmart, and this one. For the price, this one is my favorite. It's more sturdy that the Walmart one and at least $10 cheaper the the BBB one when I checked. It's so much cheaper than the IKEA ones that I wouldn't even consider those.
These are just so handy to have around. You can use them with the bins for storage, without for displaying small items, or mix it up and do both.
Having put these together a couple of times. I do have a couple tips. First of all, if you're going to be by yourself, put it together fairly close to its final destination. These things are pretty hefty! Also, you definitely want an electric screwdriver to do this. I did the first one without mine, and as ashamed as I am to admit it, the construction project turned into 45 minutes of cardio! Lastly, whether you're going to display things or use all bins, it's a good idea to go ahead and put those cardboard backing things on with plenty of nails...you'll know what I mean if you buy it and get it home. It's hard to believe, but it does make a big difference in stability.
